By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

We strive to ensure every order reaches its new ruler swiftly and securely.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods (such as new releases or pre-orders), processing may take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship worldwide. 🌍

  • Domestic (Australia): Sent via Australia Post or equivalent courier services.

  • International: Sent through tracked international couriers or postal services depending on destination and weight.

Certain regions may experience longer transit times due to customs clearance or local postal delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, delivery method, and parcel weight.
Occasionally, promotional free shipping offers may apply; these will be clearly displayed during checkout.

All shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Tracking Orders

All parcels are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
You can monitor progress directly via the carrier’s website.
If tracking information is delayed or not updating, please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to refresh.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
We cannot predict or control these fees, and they vary by country.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@royalgambit.com.au with your order number and tracking details.
We will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.

Please retain packaging and photographs for verification purposes.

9. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Pre-order items will ship once production is complete and stock becomes available.
Estimated release and dispatch dates will be listed on the product page and are subject to change.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise requested.

10. Incorrect Addresses

Ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you realise an error after purchase, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before dispatch.

11. Risk of Loss

All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.
For international orders, responsibility transfers once the parcel clears customs in your country.
