Refund Policy
1. Overview
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of Royal Gambit.
This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and replacements.
All purchases made through our official store or authorised retailers are covered by this policy and by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Eligibility for Returns
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your product is:

Defective, damaged, or missing components upon arrival;

Incorrectly supplied, differing substantially from your order; or

Unusable due to a manufacturing fault.
Requests for return or refund must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Change of Mind
We do not routinely accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item is unopened and in new condition, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or exchange (less shipping costs).
Return postage for change-of-mind cases is the customer’s responsibility.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@royalgambit.com.au with the following details:

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and provide instructions for return shipping, if applicable.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be:

In their original packaging, with all components included;

Unused and undamaged (unless defective upon arrival);

Accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.
Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Replacements
If your game arrives damaged or incomplete, we will replace the affected components or provide a full replacement at no extra cost.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Where replacement is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
8. Pre-Orders and Limited Editions
Pre-order and limited edition items are final once production begins.
Cancellations prior to dispatch may be accepted upon request, but fees or deductions may apply for processing and production costs already incurred.
9. Shipping of Returns
For approved returns, we will provide a shipping address and instructions.
If the return is due to a manufacturing fault or our error, we will cover return postage costs.
In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, notify us immediately.
We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and replace the shipment if necessary.
Please retain all packaging and shipping materials for claim verification.
11. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a remedy if the goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
