We reserve the right to revise components, artwork, or packaging at any time without prior notice.
Quantities are limited; availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted through our online store or authorised resellers.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and include applicable GST where required.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via accepted methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other listed gateways).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or inventory issue.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners.

Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

We accept returns or replacements for defective or damaged products within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, contact support@royalgambit.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds (where approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
Change-of-mind returns may be refused at our discretion.

6. Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, payment will be taken immediately.
Estimated release and shipping dates are indicative only and subject to production or supply changes.
We will notify you via email of any substantial delay or change.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, artwork, logos, rulebooks, and related materials are the property of Muscat Enterprises and protected by international copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muscat Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of the Game.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law.
